Everybody is talking about the Marley & Me movie.
Have you seen it yet?
Chances are you have ... or you're super stoked to see it.
Not this chick.
Have you read the book?
Is it not the SADDEST ending you've EVER read?
Being a dog-lover, I simply cannot submit myself to seeing this movie.
I am in 100% denial that Cooper will ever die.
I have never, ever, ever cried so hard at the ending of a book as I did reading Marley & Me.
And I distinctly remember it, because I was on a plane ...
... and I was sobbing.
Like, the UGLY CRY sobbing.
It wasn't good.
Or pretty.
So no thanks ... have fun seeing it ya'll ... and I'm gonna live in my blissful world of denial for a bit longer.
It's nice here ... and no one dies.

I cried like a baby too!! I haven't seen it and I'm still not sure if I will. Everyone I know who has, said everyone watching the movie cried.
We saw it. It was awful. I ugly cried for at least an hour. And, came up and let Scout kiss me on the lips. DON'T SEE IT! There's simply no reason to subject yourself to the trauma.
Great date movie - let me tell ya! I B.A.W.L.E.D!! Not to mention it hit WAY TOO close to home right now...babies, kids (three: girl and 2 boys, just like mine) and a yellow lab - and with what we just went through with Ellie, not sure what we were thinking - - Dont subject yourself to that, its not worth it!
I had no idea that's how it ended! I was looking forward to taking the kids to a movie I actually wanted to see too. Ask me how The Tale of Despereaux was on Monday8-(
