you can call me professional

I'm pretty sure I'm getting to be a profession chef around here.

This was dinner last Thursday ...

Panko crusted pork chops
(trying to veer away from just chicken and ground turkey)

Spinach & sauteed mushrooms seasoned with white wine vinegar

Dipping sauce made from sauteed shallots, (a little) butter, white wine & fresh lemon juice.
